What I Read Last Week:
Never Let You Go was a fantastic thriller, Stevens is a new to me author that really appealed to me.
The Roanoke Girls was one that left me feeling conflicted, I liked parts and disliked others.
The Fourth Monkey was an excellent serial killer thriller, look for it this summer.
An Impossible Dilemma was a dark, disturbing thriller, super gory and creepy.
The Cutaway was a unique thriller told from a journalists POV.
The Skeletons of Scarborough House was a laugh out loud cozy mystery.
Evie’s Year of Taking Chances was lovely romantic comedy.

The Roanoke Girls is really dividing people. Can’t wait to see for myself. Really looking forward to The Missing Ones as well.
I finished Everything But The Truth this morning and am now reading Bad Little Girl. Not sure yet what’s next. I keep changing my mind. Too many options 😄

I am about to start CUTAWAY – thanks for the info about the book.
How is BEHIND CLOSED DOORS? It was way more frightening than NEVER LET YOU GO for me even though it was covering the same topic.

Another great reading week for you!! I finished A Suitable Lie, Deadly Game and Never Let You Go last week. I have mixed feelings about all. I just started Dead Woman Walking by Sharon Bolton last night and it’s everything I hoped so far…I just ❤️her writing so much! My mom will read it quick next then it’s coming your way:)

I thought the author captured the anguish of youth well but the story (or the big secret) was too predictable for me to really enjoy the book.

I am currently enjoying Kings of the Wyld & Things We Lost in the Fire: Stories (which is graphic but well written). We will see how I feel about the latter when I finish it.
