I have to start by wishing everyone a Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great holiday season with lots of fun, family and bookish presents! I’m always excited about the start of a new year and this one is no exception. I have tons of fun things planned for my blog coming up, I’ll be posting my reading goals and my picks for the TBC 2017 Reading Challenge later this week.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly post to share what you recently finished reading, what you’re currently reading, and what you plan on reading this week. It’s hosted by Kathryn at Bookdate.
What I Read Last Week:
This was part historical fiction part women’s fiction, I really liked it.
Unfortunately this one didn’t work for me at all.
I loved this one and I’m thrilled I found a new author to read!
Another hit for me, I really like this series.

Up Next:
I’m really excited about my TBR for the week, many of these caught my eye months ago and I’m eager to read them.
How was your week? What are you currently reading? Have you read any of these?
I can’t wait to hear what you think of The River at Night!! Unfortunately, Solo was a DNF for me which was disappointing because I’ve liked her books in the past. I’m almost finished with The Mountain in my Shoe and I’ve enjoyed it so far. I haven’t decided what’s up next:)

I know lol, well I’ve had it from the author for a while but I don’t like reading them until right before the published date so my review is nice and fresh in my mind! I hope we both enjoy :).

I gave up on The Trespasser just recently, it just wasn’t fast enough for me. I’ve got Good Me Bad Me on tbr as well, it’ll be interesting to see what you think of it.

Her books are definitely dense and heavy, not a style that’s for everyone! I’ve heard good things, I’m excited for it.

Not Monday anymore, but I’m reading The Smell of Other People’s Houses, which despite the odd name I am really enjoying! Can’t wait to see what you thought of some of your TBR on this post. I’m sure I’ll see them very soon while going through all my emails 🙂
