5 November 2026 Book Releases I’ve Read & Recommend

From chilling thrillers and courtroom secrets to swoony romance and festive Christmas magic, these five November releases have earned my stamp of approval.

November is here, and apparently my reading mood has absolutely no idea what season it is anymore. 😂 One minute I’m completely invested in a chilling winter thriller, the next I’m swooning over a single dad, and then I’m ready to move into a Christmas tree farm and stay there until January.Honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

There are plenty of new books hitting shelves this month, but these five are ones I’ve already read and enjoyed. No guessing, no judging books by their gorgeous covers (although you know I do that too), just books I genuinely think deserve a spot on your TBR.

❄️ When They Find Me by Carter Wilson

November 10, 2026

If you love a thriller that grabs you immediately and refuses to let go, you need to put When They Find Me on your radar.

This atmospheric, claustrophobic winter thriller delivers a chilling setting, dark secrets, and a relentless sense of danger. The dual POVs were incredibly compelling, and the cliffhanger filled chapters made it almost impossible to find a stopping point.

I absolutely flew through this one. The pacing is fantastic, the tension rarely lets up, and the isolated winter atmosphere adds another layer of suspense to an already addictive story.

Exactly the kind of thriller that makes you cancel your plans because you NEED to know what happens next.

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Atmospheric winter thrillers
  • Snowbound suspense
  • Isolated settings
  • Dual POV storytelling
  • Dark secrets and survival
  • Relentless pacing
  • Cliffhanger filled chapters
  • Bingeable psychological suspense

💕 Now and Forever by Willow Aster

November 12, 2026

I have had the BEST time with the Windy Harbor series, and saying goodbye to this family is seriously bittersweet.

I’ve been waiting forever for Noah’s story because single dad romance is one of my absolute favorite tropes, and let me tell you, the wait was worth it. After an unforgettable Vegas fling, Noah never expects Imogen to show up in his small town. But their connection is impossible to ignore, and watching Imogen develop such an adorable relationship with his son Grayson made this romance even sweeter.

It’s charming, emotional, spicy, and full of the found family warmth I’ve loved throughout this series.

I also listened to the audiobook narrated by Zara Hampton-Brown and Connor Crais, and WOW. I’ve enjoyed them both separately before, but together? Such fantastic chemistry.

A wonderful finale from an author I can always count on.

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Single dad romance
  • Small town love stories
  • Sweet and spicy romance
  • Adorable kids in romance
  • Found family
  • Emotional series finales
  • Unforgettable audiobook performances
  • Close knit families

🔪 Happily Ever After the Murders by Rae Wilde

November 3, 2026

Two elderly women. Two murdered husbands. One VERY inconvenient secret that’s about to be uncovered.

Tell me that premise doesn’t immediately grab your attention?!

Ida and Jean have spent decades keeping their past buried, quite literally. But when their secret is threatened, they decide to hit the road with their cat, turning their golden years into one seriously unexpected adventure.

This was such a fun, unusual read! It’s darkly funny, entertaining, and has a surprising amount of heart beneath all the murder and mayhem.

I loved the combination of outrageous circumstances, unlikely outlaws, and the relationship at the center of the story. It’s one of those books that’s hard to fit neatly into a single genre, which is part of its charm.

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Dark humor
  • Unconventional crime fiction
  • Elderly protagonists
  • Unlikely outlaws
  • Road trip adventures
  • Long buried secrets
  • Found family and enduring love
  • Quirky, character driven stories

🎄 Holiday Rebound by Natasha Madison

November 13, 2026

A Christmas tree farm, a grumpy hero, a stranded heroine, and enough festive charm to make me want to pack my bags immediately? YES PLEASE.

After a breakup ruins Chloe’s carefully planned Christmas vacation, she decides to take the trip anyway. Unfortunately, her reservations have disappeared, the town is packed, and her holiday getaway is looking more like a disaster.

Enter JB, the owner of a Christmas tree farm, and suddenly things get a whole lot more interesting.

This was festive, jolly, cheerful, and SO much fun! I loved the premise, and the slow burn felt completely natural. Natasha Madison always writes female characters I connect with, and Chloe was no exception. Her friendship with Rickie was another highlight, bringing plenty of humor and fantastic banter.

Sweet, sexy, flirty, and full of Christmas spirit. Exactly what I want from a holiday romance!

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Christmas tree farm settings
  • Grumpy/sunshine romance
  • Forced proximity
  • Slow burn chemistry
  • Sweet and spicy holiday romance
  • Small town Christmas magic
  • Fun friendships and witty banter
  • Festive romantic comedies

⚖️ This Jury Is Guilty by Laurie Blake

November 3, 2026

A Hollywood superstar on trial for attempting to murder his wife. Twelve sequestered jurors deciding his fate. And almost everyone has something to hide.

I love a good legal thriller, especially one that makes me suspicious of practically every character, and this one absolutely delivered.

The story unfolds through several jurors’ perspectives, revealing hidden agendas, questionable motivations, lies, and plenty of secrets. I especially enjoyed the inclusion of witness testimony and trial transcripts, which made the courtroom proceedings feel even more immersive.

The middle dragged just a tiny bit for me, but the twists, surprises, and strong ending more than made up for it.

A clever, suspenseful courtroom thriller that reminds you the people deciding someone’s guilt might have a few secrets of their own.

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Legal thrillers
  • Courtroom drama
  • Celebrity scandals
  • Multiple POVs
  • Unreliable characters
  • Hidden agendas and secrets
  • Trial transcripts and testimony
  • Twisty murder mysteries
